How it works

Six steps from survey to well-maintained protection.

The process starts with 20 minutes and ends with a policy maintained year after year – every step in between is transparent, and the decisions stay in your hands throughout.

Site survey

A 20-minute conversation + a site visit if needed: building, machinery, stock, security, existing policy. Free of charge, no obligation. Details →

Asset groups and sums insured

Building at reinstatement cost, machine park from an inventory, stock at real levels – this is where ruling out underinsurance is decided. Inventory template →

Offer comparison table

Offers from several insurers for the same risk, in a single clear table – content and premium together. The comparison table →

Binding cover

You decide, I handle the paperwork: contract, endorsements, policy check. How binding works →

Claims

In a routine case, the insurer's claims line is fastest – for a stalled, disputed claim, I help the company find its way, where I can. Reporting a claim →

Annual review

A quarter of an hour each anniversary: values, changes, cover, deductible – so the policy keeps up with the company. The annual routine →

The timeline in practice: from survey to offer table, it typically takes a few days – the exact turnaround depends on the complexity of the risk and the insurers' response times. On the inception of cover and the right timing for switching: when cover starts.

And after the policy is bound? Ongoing support

I help with the policy through its whole life cycle, where I can: a review (if warranted or requested) – the anniversary notice itself is sent by the insurer – managing indexation, preparing the notification of the changes you report to me (new machinery, growing stock, a new site – what to report when), and, as the company grows, building out the cover structure further. In the event of a claim, I help where I can: the insurer handles routine cases, and if one stalls or becomes disputed, I help you find your way in it.
